Hair Color/Style - Short, messy ivory hair falls to his shoulders.
Eye Color(s) - His right eye is a cold silver and his left eye is the color of fresh blood.
Skin Tone - Alabaster skin stretches over his formed skeleton.
Tattoos - A black hand print is tattooed on the inside of his right wrist.
The form Sithis uses is hard to maintain but he does it in bursts when he visits Mundus (the living plane) from the Void of Oblivion. His messy white hair and pale complexion is the exact opposite of what he is suppose to signify, which is mainly the reason he chooses this appearance so many times. The brightness of his person is coated in darkness, showing in essence who he truly is to those lucky enough.
Black leather gloves adorn his hand as does a mask that covers from his nose down to his neck with a large, grinning mouth painted on the front. Beneath the mask, Sithis has a young face with striking features. High, but rounded cheekbones rest on either side of his broad nose, while his full lips curves in a knowing smirk. Brightly colored eyes shine with coolness of his lack of apparent emotions. A simple, clean tunic hangs from his shoulders and light gray trousers covers his legs in the stiff material of burlap. Sometimes Sithis will also wear a black hooded cape over his clothes, but it does not matter because he does not feel cold like a human does.
Black spiderweb-like designs spread along his body, showing the amount of time he has spent in Mundus. The designs are actually cracks that are breaking his form apart from trying to suppress all of his power into a humanoid form. Because of this, Sithis can only last up to five (5) days in Mundus, until his form becomes unusable.

Battle Cry - "To the Void with you!"
Sithis has a very warped personality and is rather contradicting when it comes to some things. He has a very strange way of looking at the reality of things and can never seem to be completely serious unless he is avenging the Tenets of the Dark Brotherhood. Sithis' love of tricks and pranks, gives way to a very joking demeanor, making him seem mad, even though he is completely sane. He is very confident in all that he does, because he knows that he can be. And while he does not like to show it, he appreciates his followers more than he could say. Though he does give them all a hard time, as though they were his children.
On the other side, Sithis is very hard to get angry, but when it happens.. Nothing could stop him from his vengeance. Few things will actually get him even irritated, but it can happen if anyone kills one of his "children" in an act of random violence or if anyone touches the Night Mother without his permission (unless it was one of their "children"). Injuring his pride also works when trying to get him angry, to a certain extent. He is naturally irritated when his Form gets weaker because he hates to feel weak in any way. When angered, Sithis does not get distracted, but he hones in all of his power. As he hunts, he thinks of the best way to skin a person alive for what they have caused. He will show no mercy. Only pain will be paid to a betrayer, nothing more and nothing short of suffering the the Void of darkness as he strips their flesh off.
Sithis was not born as a Daedra or an Aedra, but a birthed soul incarnate of Pandomay and the equal yet opposite force to Anui-El, who is the birthed soul incarnate of Padomay's opposite force, Anu. Sithis and Anui-El created Aurbis (The Universe) and the realms of Aetherius, Oblivion, and Mundus. Sithis and Anui-El birthed souls again, creating Lorkhan and Auriel. One was to save, one was to destroy. Sithis created Lorkhan to destroy the universe and return it to the Void through trickery but instead Lorkhan gave his life to create Nirn. This is the reason why Sithis is known as the Creator of all things, but the being of Death.
The worship of Sithis, for the most part, is rejected by most cultures because of the fact that it deals with Death. Sithis is described as the embodiment of evil but at the same time, he is described as being nothing at all -- a Void. His worshipers appease him with Death and other actions of torture and suffering, even though he is not a god of Death but a Void.
Some time in the Second Era, the Dark Brotherhood was created by the Night Mother, who was part of a cult that worshiped Sithis. The Night Mother, the wife of Sithis, then killed their children as a sacrifice to Sithis because of the fact that Sithis told her to bring their children to him. The only way she could do that was through Death and reunite them with their Father and the Void. Because of this, Sithis became know as The Dread Father, a title he loves to hold.
Others were not so pleased with the Redguard woman, and soon she was killed and her house was burned. This act created "The Night Mother" as she is today. A corpse of the original body with a soul that inhabits a new vessel every twenty-five (25) years, the Night Mother has taken control of the leadership of the Dark Brotherhood and Sithis is right along-side with her. He believes that she is his most loyal worshiper so he stays with her as a "husband".
