Hair Color/Style - True black, thick and falls past her shoulders; styled in a faux Mohawk fashion with half of her hair pulled away from her face and teased to maintain volume, hair has been left loose and braided on each side of her face
Eye Color(s) - Hazel, varies between greens, blues and grays with some golden and copper sprinkled throughout
Skin Tone - Olive toned, warm caramel-hued and always tanned
War Paint - Bright orange and white, carefully painted in a tribal-style across the right side of her face, eyes and left temple
Scars - Various scars on arms, wrists and hands from hunting as well as working with wolves and native birds of prey; thick, jagged scars along back and left side as well as on left cheek from a near-fatal encounter with the Silver Hand
Piercings - None
Tattoos - Numerous spots inked in a lighter nude color to contrast with her skin across her shoulders, back and thighs to resemble the spotting on the Snowy Sabre Cat’s pelt – most of the spots are marred by the scars all along her back
Facial Hair - None
Other - Freckles a shade darker than her skin lightly cloud her face and are often mistaken for dirt at first glance

Elysien can normally be found wearing the Savior’s Hide (increases magic resistance by given 15% and poison resistance by 50%) by Hircine himself along with bracers and boots she stole from a Stormcloak Officer back during her time as a thief; she prefers to wear them over the Scaled bracers and boots she owns, as the boots allow for quieter movement and the spiked gloves provide her with an advantage in hand-to-hand combat. They are also more comfortable and help to keep her warm when she is in the colder parts of the country, not to mention they complement her cuirass wonderfully – needless to say, the boots and bracers are one of few steals she does not regret. She does not wear any headgear, save for the occasional circlet when the occasion calls for one, as the metal and gemstones can be distracting and alert prey to her presence when the light hits it. She does wear some jewelry though, a brushed silver ring with a deep, blood red ruby (Ring of the Hunt, health regenerates while in Best Form) on her right index finger and another simpler brushed silver ring that was enchanted for her by a friend (Extreme Fortify Archery Enchantment – increases base archery skill by 13%). She is currently searching for Hircine’s Ring, and while she has come close to retrieving it she has yet to succeed. Elysien is never seen without her weapons, her Elven Bow (favored over her other bows) and a quiver of Elven Arrows strapped to her back and her Skyforge Steel Sword and Dagger in their scabbards on each hip. Often she will don a cloak when traveling, particularly when she does not wish to be recognized – although this can be quite difficult when wearing such an iconic cuirass.
On the rare occasion that Elysien is not in her armor, she can be seen in either a simple belted tunic under a fur cloak or a more refined tunic depending on the formality of the occasion. No matter how much she dresses up though, she always wears boots – usually of high quality, darkened leather or fur-lined – and at least keeps a dagger on her person. As the Companion’s Harbinger, one must always be prepared for any situation.
The Bosmer normally is not one to carry much with her, having her own chambers in Jorrvaskr to hoard store her belongings, but she will carry a few health potions, as well a book or two on the chance that she finds a desirable spot to read; she is particularly fond of books containing lore and various myths. She will also have a Potion of Strength or two on her in case her hunts are successful and she brings back more than she can normally carry. Elysien has also been known to pick up trinkets and other odds and ends, sometimes a valuable gem, that she finds on her hunting trips and will hold onto them until they can be sold – or if she likes them enough, finds a proper place to put them.

The Companions’ Harbinger never has been one to trifle with, and with a woman as Elysien Nightrunner possessing the title this statement still holds very true. A master markswoman and one of the best hunters in Skyrim, maybe in all of Tamriel, Elysien takes pride in her skills and is more than capable of backing up any claim she makes.

Personality
Likes -
- Hunting
- Wolves, birds of prey & sabre cats
- Hircine & his followers
- Fellow Werewolves
- Her shield –brothers & –sisters
- Cooking
- Reading, preferably alone and outside in nature (usually in nearby Bloated Man’s Grotto)
- Traveling & exploring places she has not yet found
- Fruits and some vegetables, though she prefers meat above all
- People watching
Dislikes -
- Having nothing to do
- The Silver Hand
- Being underestimated
- Racial slurs
- Being disrespected by others, especially by her fellow Companions
- Dragons (they hunt the same prey as she and have ruined her hunts on more than one occasion)
- Bards (most of them are awful singers in her opinion)
- Cannibalism (she may eat hearts when in beast form, but that does not mean she condones it otherwise)
- Loud & boisterous individuals (applies to groups as well)
- Trolls
Strengths -
- She is a Werewolf and possesses enhanced strength and speed
- Master markswoman in archery
- Expert in sneaking due to past with the Thieve’s Guild
- Patient
- Strategic
- Cool & collected
- Agile and graceful in her movements
- Adept with a blade
- Witty and quick thinking
- Disciplined & efficient
Weaknesses -
- Silver (in large quantities and if repeatedly attacked with it)
- Too cautious at times
- Cares more about the Companions’ well-being than her own
- Cannot feel the cold and has to rely on others to know when it is dangerously frigid
- Does not have total control of her bestial bloodlust
- Children (she cannot have any of her own and tends to be overprotective of them)
- Cannot block attacks as well as she can evade them
- Indifferent at first to matters that do not directly affect her or her Companions
- Perfectionist and Obsessive Compulsive
- Terribly Claustrophobic
Fears -
- That she will somehow lose favor with Hircine and be shunned by him and his people. Other than her shield –brothers and –sisters, her communion with Hircine is the most important thing to her.
- The Silver Hand will overwhelm her circle and wipe out the Companion werewolves. She lost her predecessor Harbinger to them and nearly lost her own life, and she will be damned if she lets them hunt her and her people to extinction.
- Change; not any specific change, but change in general. It is more like she dislikes it and how severely it can throw off her entire being, her plans and her beliefs, and she does not like any of that – especially her beliefs – challenged, not matter how good the ‘change’ may be.
Secrets -
- She killed and ate the heart of a child when she was younger and learning to control her beast; she burned the body and dispersed the ashes, but is terrified her sin will be brought to light.
- She had angered her fair share of people whom she has stolen from, and though she has told no one why she constantly practices and watches her surroundings should any of her enemies send an assassin after her.
Battle Cry - “The Hunt is on, and you will fall as my prey!”
Worships - Hircine
