Sebawyr Mosldenius and Rosalie Jolvich married under the blessings of Mara on one lovely spring day through an arranged marriage to strengthen the Jarl lineage since their only hope rested in the loins of Sebawyr and cubicle of Rosalie. The Mosldenius family is a proud Nord family that recluently allowed their only heir to breed with a Breton for the purpose of producing heirs for the thought of any Orc, Khajiit, Alter, Dunmer or Argonian. A racist political family that enacted many bans on the other races from entering Whiterun for generations, it took until Anicetus to take the throne of Jarl before the bans were lifted. The Jolvich family sought to get out of the middle class sector, and gain a higher political standing in Whiterun compared to the Battle-Borns and Gray-Manes. When Sebawyr and Rosalie married, it was in a loveless marriage that Anicetus was born under during a time of distress.
Rosalie traveled to Dawnstar on important Jarl business when she met the Jarl of Dawnstar, an unmarried man whom the two fell in love. However, Rosalie was eight months pregnant at the time.
Anicetus's childhood was spent downing different health potions to possible cure his food allergies
